When you upgrade to a Lifetime Membership, you also need to cancel your original (either monthly or annual) subscription.
If you paid for your original subscription via PayPal, please start a support ticket here and include your PayPal email address so that we can process a refund for you right away. Also, make sure to go into your PayPal account and cancel your payment subscription there so that account does not continue to renew.
If you paid for your original subscription with a credit card, you can cancel that account by logging into the Click Community forum and accessing "Manage My Membership". Additionally, please email us at support@clickandcompany.com and we will process a refund for you right away.
